Thank you for shopping with VANTA. We aim to process and deliver every order safely and as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During new releases, promotions or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a dispatch notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations

VANTA currently ships to:

  • Malta
  • Selected European Union countries

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Orders delivered within Malta qualify for free shipping when the order value exceeds €60.

Shipping charges for orders below €60 and deliveries to other EU countries are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Malta: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–12 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect it.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, an additional shipping charge may apply before it can be sent again.

Missed or Refused Deliveries

Customers are responsible for following the courier’s instructions regarding delivery attempts, collection points or rescheduling.

If a parcel is returned to VANTA because it was not collected or delivery was refused, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests redelivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Please contact us through our Contact page if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period.

We will investigate the delivery with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution where the parcel is confirmed as lost.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the parcel
  • Photographs of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate resolution.

Pre-Orders

Products marked as pre-orders will include an estimated dispatch date on the relevant product page.

If an order contains both available and pre-order products, the complete order may be shipped together once every item is available unless stated otherwise.

Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay to the expected dispatch date.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped from Malta to another EU country generally do not incur customs duties.

Customers ordering from any destination outside the European Union, where shipping is made available, may be responsible for local import taxes, customs charges or handling fees.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once processing has started or the order has been dispatched.
